Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a team of India-based analysts providing 24/7 social media monitoring, insights, and business support across lines of business.
  • •Deliver regular one-to-ones, feedback, and development sessions, and manage team administration (holiday requests, absence management, quality checking).
  • •Maintain and optimise the India shift pattern to align with the UK and Hong Kong teams for fair coverage and continuity.
  • •Build social media insight capabilities by translating social data into increased value for internal stakeholders and business partners.
  • •Support broader Communications with insight requests and reputational incident management, and maximise use of enterprise social media tools while maintaining audit-ready documentation and access reviews where required.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive knowledge of social media enterprise and governance tools used across the Group, staying current with market developments and emerging tools.
  • •Experience with third-party SaaS social media technologies or similar platforms (e.g., Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Zerofox, EveryoneSocial).
  • •Strong leadership capability to motivate employees and deliver outcomes through others.
  • •Proven project management experience using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure consistent delivery.
  • •Comfort working with data to spot trends and convert insights into clear, practical actions.
