Manage the Maintenance Department to support divisional safety, quality, and productivity by maintaining, programming, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment. Lead CNC-focused maintenance activities including preventive maintenance, downtime reduction, and machine repairs. Diagnose hardware/software issues using technical CNC knowledge and schematics, keep maintenance data organized, and drive quality improvements through training. May also support recruiting, training, performance evaluations, and staffing decisions.
