Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and participate in client and internal kickoff meetings/workshops as needed.
  • •Conduct site surveys, inspections, and investigations, and collect project data in collaboration with local teams.
  • •Develop landscape design options and alternative conceptual designs, creating plans/sections and graphical boards as appropriate.
  • •Refine selected design options into preliminary and final detailed designs and produce required drawings and tender materials.
  • •Support tendering and supervision phases, including value engineering, responding to bid queries, design checks, and resolving design conflicts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture.
  • •5+ years’ experience in landscaping design in a top tier regional/multinational engineering consultancy firm or boutique landscaping firm.
  • •Exposure to conceptual landscape planning and eco-system management.
  • •Good knowledge of horticulture and irrigation.
  • •Excellent graphic design, analytical/problem-solving, and communication/presentation skills, including strong interpersonal skills.
