Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure you have proper supplies and PPE before starting patient visits.
  • •Use mobile technology to access your schedule, commute to homes, and record needed information.
  • •Collect specimens via phlebotomy and perform services such as diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, and ECGs as scheduled.
  • •Label collected samples correctly and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.
  • •Deliver patient-centric low-acuity care comfortably, maintaining exceptional quality and professionalism.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 30 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in venipuncture with a high standard of professionalism, integrity, accountability, confidentiality, care, and compassion.
  • •State required licensure and/or proof of training, plus national certification where state-level licensure isn’t required.
  • •Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and proof of completion of course/program or certification based on licensure level.
  • •Valid Driver’s License, Current Vehicle Insurance, and reliable transportation to travel to patient homes.
  • •Ability to physically access patient homes (including stairs) and carry up to 20 pounds while walking; pass required background and DMV checks.
