•Set daily, weekly, or monthly sales goals; motivate the sales team to reach individual goals and encourage teamwork.
•Prepare sales reports; responsible for delivering reports to management and evaluating team performance against objectives.
•Direct and mentor the sales team to achieve everyday sales objectives.
