Lead and manage all aspects of an assigned bank branch, driving performance through coaching and management while developing business locally. Grow branch revenue by expanding small business and mass affluent client relationships through in-person appointments, outbound calling, and prospecting. Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management. Handle human-capital decisions including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, performance reviews, and counseling. Collaborate with IRM and operations partners to promote a One Team culture.
