Key Responsibilities

•Lead product architecture design for the financial platform, decoupling modules like SKU management, billing engine, checkout, clearing & settlement, and ledger center into an API-first internal SaaS service.
•Create a Configuration Center to define profit-sharing ratios, settlement cycles (T+N), tax rules, and fee models via backend configuration.
•Design finance-operation integration using a double-entry bookkeeping engine compliant with GAAP/IFRS for real-time accurate accounting entries.
•Architect global clearing and settlement to support complex profit-sharing logic with high concurrency for zero-error reconciliation.
•Build global tax and treasury product components, including VAT/GST/DST/WHT automation, FX management (DCC/MCP) with loss monitoring, and ERP-friendly standardized financial data.

Key Requirements

•Product management experience in internet payments, Fintech, or core financial systems, including leading payment, clearing, or settlement teams.
•Demonstrated success building an internal payment SaaS platform from scratch or leading financial-flow systems for large-scale e-commerce, live streaming, or virtual content platforms.
•Experience decoupling and re-architecting complex systems while balancing technical debt with rapid iteration.
•Deep understanding of accounting principles, double-entry bookkeeping, and debit/credit logic to translate scenarios into accurate financial entries.
•Knowledge of global payment networks, including card scheme logic (Visa/Mastercard), SWIFT/local ACH clearing, and common regional payment methods across SEA, LATAM, Europe, and the US.
