Job Summary

Manage and monitor enterprise LAN/WAN and wireless network infrastructure, including routing, switching, wireless standards, and L2/L3 protocols. Work with tools such as SolarWinds Orion and SD-WAN to ensure configurations meet standards, review logs, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve ServiceNow tickets within SLA. Participate in setup, deployment, maintenance, and documentation of mission-critical network components while supporting 24x7 rotating on-call operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure enterprise network configurations comply with standards and review logs for operational health.
•Set up, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and document mission-critical network infrastructure components.
•Own and resolve escalated support tickets and service requests through ServiceNow, meeting SLA requirements and escalating when needed.
•Perform WAN/LAN internetworking analysis, support queue management, reporting, and daily escalation management.
•Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and partners to resolve hardware/software issues while minimizing downtime and performing device hardening and patching for compliance.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience managing LAN/WAN and wireless infrastructures.
•Hands-on experience with routing, switching, wireless (Cisco and Aruba) and related networking technologies (e.g., VLANs, STP/MSTP/RSTP, HSRP/VRRP).
•Experience with routing protocols including EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP, plus Nexus and SD-WAN.
•Knowledge of network management and monitoring (NMS) and compliance with ITIL & Change Management processes.
•Ability to operate in a 24x7 environment with rotating on-call, troubleshoot networks and appliances, and manage escalations/SLAs via ServiceNow.
