ITオペレーションリーダー（高崎工場）

Lead stable operation of the factory’s IT and OT systems that support production at the Takasaki site. Monitor and improve networks, servers, applications, digital infrastructure, and OT-related systems; handle incidents with root-cause analysis and prevention; and drive IT change management, audits, security, and business continuity planning. Coordinate with the global IT team, factory departments, and external vendors, and support infrastructure builds and improvements for expansion and new technology introductions.
