Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure stable operation of factory IT/OT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
  • •Respond to incidents, perform root-cause analysis, drive prevention, and promote continuous improvement.
  • •Manage IT changes and support audits, security, and business continuity planning.
  • •Lead IT/OT projects to improve productivity and stable operations.
  • •Coordinate with the global IT team, factory departments, and external vendors; support infrastructure build/improvements for expansions and new technologies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • •Japanese business-level proficiency (or JLPT N1 if not native).
  • •TOEIC about 600+ level English ability.
  • •Practical experience operating/managing IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and platforms.
  • •Preferred: experience operating/managing IT in manufacturing/plant environments; alternatively, a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field with strong interest in IT infrastructure, networks, cloud, and security.
