Repair and restore automotive interiors and glass as part of Carvana’s reconditioning process. You’ll fix damage to upholstery materials and components like seats, consoles, dashboards, and headliners, and perform window/windshield crack and scratch repairs. Color-matching/dying and precise upholstery work are key, using state-of-the-art tools in high-tech inspection centers. The role includes a pay range of $23.50–$29.50 hourly and may require mandatory overtime based on business needs.
