Key Responsibilities

  • •Install and configure solutions on physical hardware or virtualized environments and perform deployment/integration at customer premises.
  • •Validate site readiness (access, infrastructure prerequisites, network connectivity, certificates/credentials, customer dependencies) before installation.
  • •Integrate solutions with customer backend systems and core network elements at customer premises.
  • •Create and maintain technical documentation for deployment, integration, troubleshooting, and handover, including acceptance test documentation when required.
  • •Coordinate with the Project Manager and customer stakeholders, execute acceptance testing, troubleshoot on-site issues, and support go-live and post-deployment stabilization when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Saudi Arabian citizenship is mandatory and you must be eligible and willing to work at customer premises in Saudi Arabia.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field (equivalent experience may be considered).
  • •At least 3 years of hands-on advanced Linux/Unix administration and troubleshooting experience with command-line tools.
  • •Strong scripting ability for Linux task automation (e.g., Bash, Python, or Perl) and networking knowledge (IPv4, routing, static routes).
  • •Experience with deployment/integration and related DevOps tooling (e.g., Ansible/Chef/Puppet, Git, Terraform/Helm, Docker/Kubernetes) and the ability to document outcomes and limitations.
