Job Summary

Install, configure, and integrate Thales solutions in the customer environment in Saudi Arabia, from presales through deployment, acceptance, handover, and early post-deployment support. Work on-site with technical, operations, security, and network teams to validate readiness, integrate with backend and core network elements, troubleshoot issues, and execute customer acceptance tests. Create and maintain technical documentation, coordinate with the Project Manager, and manage technical risks and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Install and configure solutions on physical hardware or virtualized environments and perform deployment/integration at customer premises.
•Validate site readiness (access, infrastructure prerequisites, network connectivity, certificates/credentials, customer dependencies) before installation.
•Integrate solutions with customer backend systems and core network elements at customer premises.
•Create and maintain technical documentation for deployment, integration, troubleshooting, and handover, including acceptance test documentation when required.
•Coordinate with the Project Manager and customer stakeholders, execute acceptance testing, troubleshoot on-site issues, and support go-live and post-deployment stabilization when needed.

Key Requirements

•Saudi Arabian citizenship is mandatory and you must be eligible and willing to work at customer premises in Saudi Arabia.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field (equivalent experience may be considered).
•At least 3 years of hands-on advanced Linux/Unix administration and troubleshooting experience with command-line tools.
•Strong scripting ability for Linux task automation (e.g., Bash, Python, or Perl) and networking knowledge (IPv4, routing, static routes).
•Experience with deployment/integration and related DevOps tooling (e.g., Ansible/Chef/Puppet, Git, Terraform/Helm, Docker/Kubernetes) and the ability to document outcomes and limitations.
