Job Summary

Support service delivery governance for selected SBD business units in the PTP (procure-to-pay) accounts payable process managed by an outsourcing provider. Own delivery execution by reviewing performance metrics, coordinating meetings, and handling disputes and functional escalations up to the AP Delivery Lead. Drive performance management through weekly/monthly KPI reporting and contribute to continuous improvement and business partnership between provider and BU.

Key Responsibilities

•Support service delivery governance for selected SBD business units for PTP activities performed by the outsourcing provider.
•Review delivery performance metrics and coordinate regular meetings with business units and the provider.
•Support dispute management and functional level escalation; coordinate escalations and issue resolutions with business units/provider up to the AP Delivery Lead.
•Support performance management by ensuring day-to-day activities meet quality and customer satisfaction standards; report weekly and monthly KPIs.
•Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support business partnership communication between provider and business units.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting/Finance with Accounts Payable (AP) preferred, advantage in SSC environment.
•Higher degree in Finance & Accounting or other relevant field (advantage).
•Fluent English (B2 or above), with advantage for other EMEA region languages.
•Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
•Experience with ERP systems in a multinational environment, with attention to detail, strong analytical/problem-solving skills, and excellent communication.
