Job Summary

Partner with senior leaders and leadership teams to create and drive strategic people initiatives for a global/business portfolio. Lead PX OKRs and people programs aligned to the global people strategy, providing broad HR advisory support across the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, remuneration, retention, and legislative requirements. Use data and trends to execute strategic people plans, guide workforce planning, and help embed change and high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide coaching and generalist PX support to senior leaders across a global portfolio, focusing on people capability, leadership, and organisational design.
•Communicate people strategy and positions on issues with credibility and influence, and participate in portfolio team planning to align people strategy with business strategy.
•Manage and resolve complex employee issues, providing accurate HR advice across strategic alignment, legislative requirements, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, change management, remuneration, and retention/departures.
•Drive key people programs such as succession planning, career development, performance management, and recruiting strategies, working with PX CoEs to iterate and improve initiatives.
•Analyze trends and metrics to develop and execute strategic people plans and support workforce planning with Talent and Finance, including remuneration guidance and annual salary review processes.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in a fast-paced PX role with broad generalist HR coverage, partnering with senior leaders and leadership teams, ideally in a mid-large global SaaS company.
•Exposure to a complex/global environment.
•Deep understanding of HR disciplines including remuneration practices, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment legislation.
•Experience leading and managing significant change programs.
•Senior stakeholder management experience, with the ability to influence senior leaders and quickly build credibility and trust.
