Job Summary

Own and optimize SAP-based procurement solutions across the global Source-to-Pay landscape. Translate procurement needs into SAP MM, Ariba, and VIM configurations, design P2P processes, and support S/4HANA deployments, enhancements, and rollouts. Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to deliver compliant, stable procurement operations—covering testing, functional specifications, integrations, root-cause analysis, and ongoing application support.

Key Responsibilities

•Translate procurement requirements into SAP solutions using SAP MM, Ariba, and VIM.
•Design and configure P2P processes across purchase requisitions, orders, goods receipts, invoice verification, and supplier management.
•Support S/4HANA procurement deployments, enhancements, template rollouts, and functional specifications for interfaces and custom reports.
•Lead testing activities (unit/integration testing, UAT, cutover) and perform root-cause analysis for recurring system issues.
•Provide functional support for SAP procurement applications, including compliance/audit support, procurement master data governance, and coordination with managed service providers to meet SLA.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in IT, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
•SAP certification in MM, Ariba, or Procurement (preferred).

•Working knowledge of S/4HANA Procurement, Invoice Management (VIM), and Ariba.
•Strong understanding of core P2P processes (requisitioning, purchasing, invoice and vendor management, approvals) and experience with related integrations.
