Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end global mobility cases across multiple countries, tracking cases from initiation through completion
  • •Coordinate employee onboarding through EOR providers, primarily Multiplier
  • •Coordinate work permits, visas, residence permits, renewals, and cancellations with immigration partners and legal vendors
  • •Maintain accurate immigration documentation and compliance records, including monitoring visa expiry and renewal timelines
  • •Act as primary point of contact for employees and internal stakeholders, providing regular case updates and managing escalations within SLA
