Key Responsibilities

•Meet sales and service goals by profiling customers, building relationships, using sales and customer service software, participating in sales campaigns, and following up by phone or email.
•Accurately open, close, and maintain customer accounts while understanding material from Personal Banker training manuals.
•Advise customers using knowledge of banking products and services, beginning to apply knowledge to more complex retail products such as IRAs and loans.
•Provide high levels of customer service to support strong branch ratings, including internal survey results.
•Cross-train as a Teller as needed to handle basic transactions (checks, deposits, withdrawals) while adhering to compliance and operational accuracy requirements (e.g., balancing drawer, BSA/Fraud/CTR, CIP, beneficial ownership).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.1 - 29 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma (or equivalent) and 1+ years of related experience (banking, cash handling, customer service and/or sales, office) depending on level.
•Must become licensed with NMLS registration within 60 days of assuming the role and meet bank training requirements.
•Must work onsite to perform the responsibilities of the position.
•For Level 2, 2 years of related experience; for Level 3, 3+ years including some banking/sales, client relationship management, consultancy experience, or cash handling.
•For Level 3, successfully complete the Universal (Relationship) Banker Cross Training Development Plan curriculum (or equivalent experience).
