Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, evaluate, and support active assailant exercises, including after action/lessons learned support using HSEEP.
  • •Review USCIS program documentation for active assailant compliance requirements and identify gaps or compliance exceptions for OSI action.
  • •Assist in developing and managing active assailant action plan templates and develop/deliver products or services to remedy compliance gaps or exceptions.
  • •Support policy, procedures, and practices development to reduce recurrence of identified gaps or exceptions, including preparing drafts of government technical reports, briefs, and documents.
  • •Provide OPSEC and active assailant planning expertise and assist with quality management/reviews, including recommending countermeasures and preparing monthly status reports and progress/white papers.

  • •Require a BA and 2-4 years of experience in field security programs.
  • •Secret clearance or ability to obtain Secret clearance.
