Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Cut orders to customer expectations using abrasive saws, MFL saws, and band saws.
  • •Cut metal samples and cut off prescribed sections, including proper disposal.
  • •Set up machines, change blades, clean equipment, and perform simple machine maintenance.
  • •Read and interpret milling instructions (MIs) and use tape measures/measuring devices.
  • •Stamp materials with proper ID, put slings on finished products, and maintain logs/records.

Key Requirements

  • •Preferred: 1 year of manufacturing experience.
  • •Ability to cut orders using a variety of saws (e.g., abrasive saws, MFL saws, and band saws) to meet customer expectations.
  • •Basic computer skills and basic math skills.
  • •Ability to read and interpret milling instructions (MIs).
  • •Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
