Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Transportation, Operations Management, Business, or a related field and ten years of related experience (or equivalent), including 2 years of leadership.
  • •7 years of progressive experience in rail operations, maintenance, or transportation management.
  • •3 years of leadership experience managing operational and/or maintenance teams.
  • •Experience with rail systems including rolling stock, track infrastructure, and signal systems, plus maintenance practices.
  • •Knowledge of safety management systems, problem-solving/analytical decision-making, and regulatory compliance (FRA, FTA, OSHA).
