Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead research, development, implementation, and iterative improvement of algorithms for multi-scenario supply chain forecasting, replenishment, capacity, and allocation.
  • •Design and implement large model technologies for business scenarios, including PT, CPT, SFT, RL, and AI agents.
  • •Collaborate with business teams to realize value from algorithms and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
  • •Explore algorithmic technologies across more business areas to strengthen algorithm effectiveness and deliver business value.
  • •Apply an application-oriented mindset to drive business outcomes through algorithm deployment.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields, with solid ML fundamentals and hands-on experience in real business scenarios.
  • •Expertise applying large models, with proven experience in SFT, RL, and AI agents; familiarity with training frameworks such as LLaMA Factory.
  • •Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks including PyTorch or TensorFlow, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • •Ability to stay abreast of cutting-edge large model technologies and apply them to business problems, with strong responsibility and continuous learning.
  • •Published work in ML conferences or success in ML competitions is preferred.
