Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform comprehensive ENT assessments (in-person and virtual), diagnose acute and chronic conditions, and recommend referrals or advanced investigations when needed.
  • •Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment and follow-up plans, manage ENT conditions medically and procedurally, and adjust plans as patient needs evolve.
  • •Ensure clinical quality and patient safety by complying with clinical governance, telemedicine regulations, and relevant accreditation standards.
  • •Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits/peer review, and report and manage clinical incidents and adverse events.
  • •Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, coordinate continuity of care across physical and digital settings, and mentor junior physicians.

  • •Conduct comprehensive ENT assessments in-person and via virtual consultation, including interpreting imaging, lab, and audiological/vestibular test findings.
