Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage, update, and ensure strict compliance of a large volume of Quality Management System documents.
  • •Review external documents with constant vigilance against export control requirements.
  • •Analyze data discrepancies monthly, identify anomalies, and enforce governance with stakeholders.
  • •Evaluate procurement process effectiveness and risks using Procurement Quality audits, sampling checks, and quarterly performance reports for management.
  • •Ensure contractual alignment and deliverable quality from subcontractors via annual reviews and authorization of delivery receipt reports, while centralizing information from multiple systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a quality assurance context and customer relations (internal and external) within manufacturing.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in quality or engineering within a manufacturing-related field (e.g., aerospace, mechanical, project management).
  • •Experience in the aerospace industry and with quality management systems, including supplier-facing work.
  • •Good working knowledge of SAP and hands-on experience with project management principles and tools.
  • •Basic knowledge of AS 9100 and ISO 9001 standards; bilingual (French and English) and proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
