Job Summary

Lead Operations Readiness & Assurance efforts for a major Oil & Gas EPC/EPCM project, ensuring facilities, systems, personnel and processes are prepared for safe, efficient start-up and handover to ADNOC Operations. Drive OR&A strategy, stage-gate reviews, design input, documentation readiness, training and competency, and system readiness across project phases.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement the OR&A plan and define readiness criteria aligned with ADNOC standards.
•Coordinate and participate in OR&A stage gate reviews, verify readiness and conduct readiness assessments, audits and assurance reviews.
•Ensure operability, maintainability and safety are embedded during design by reviewing P&IDs and HAZOP/HAZID outcomes; participate in design reviews and constructability assessments.
•Coordinate development and validation of operating procedures, maintenance procedures and SIMOPS plans; ensure documentation is complete and aligned with ADNOC standards.
•Lead training plans and competency assurance for operations personnel; coordinate classroom and on-the-job training, vendor training and simulator-based training to verify workforce readiness.

Key Requirements

•Degree in related discipline
•Minimum 15 years in Oil & Gas EPC/EPCM projects
•At least 5+ years in a supervisory preservation role
•Experience on major CAPEX projects (ADNOC or equivalent operators preferred)
•Strong understanding of operations readiness frameworks, commissioning and start-up processes
