Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement overall HR strategy and vision aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • •Maintain a hotel People Plan aligned with property goals and business objectives.
  • •Develop annual HR strategy aligned with brand standards and business requirements.
  • •Oversee HR disciplinary processes and ensure 100% compliance with Kerzner International disciplinary and grievance policies.
  • •Lead HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, filing, and payroll administration; provide advisory services on HR SOPs, policies, and local labor law.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification preferred.
  • •8 years of progressive HR experience in luxury hospitality.
  • •Prior experience as standalone HR Manager or Director in a large 5-star resort.
  • •Robust knowledge of local labor law and employment regulations.
  • •Strong leadership, employee relations expertise, and strategic partnership with operations.
