Key Responsibilities

•Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across Java, middleware, data, integration, and AI engineering.
•Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to prioritize work, shape solutions, provide estimation/architectural guidance, and influence roadmaps.
•Own engineering delivery across the software lifecycle, balancing quality, scalability, technical debt, and operational readiness.
•Champion AI-first software development and drive AI-enabled SDLC practices, including automated testing and deployment automation.
•Define and evolve engineering and SDLC strategies using Agile, DevOps, CI/CD automation, observability, and release governance while resolving technical bottlenecks.
