•Identify, prospect, and recruit high-potential sellers for an in-house storage, packing, and shipping service.
•Develop analytical frameworks to evaluate seller operational health, including forecasting, inventory turnover, SKU-level profitability, and performance compliance tracking.
•Analyze seller performance to identify trends and growth opportunities and provide tailored recommendations to internal stakeholders.
•Track and measure key performance metrics to assess the success of growth initiatives.
•Monitor market trends and competitor activity, and mentor junior team members while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless seller experience.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 151,050 - 273,600 annually

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Management, Analytics, Marketing, or related field with 3 years of related experience; OR Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) with 5 years of progressive related experience.
•3 years of experience performing market assessments via competitive analysis, estimating market size, and building revenue models to support product strategy decisions.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, data analysts, and QA analysts to drive product implementation.
•Manage key stakeholder relationships and gather feedback to develop solutions that drive customer revenue, growth, and retention.
•Build and scale business processes for hyper-growth, including streamlining onboarding/activating external clients and partners and providing business analytics.
