Key Responsibilities

  • •Own, define, and document enterprise-wide AV standards (room schematics, signal flow diagrams, device inventories, and SOPs) for consistent room builds.
  • •Program, configure, and build out Crestron room configurations, including All-Hands spaces and complex multi-camera conference rooms.
  • •Design and support room automation end to end, including scheduling panels, control processors, camera framing, audio DSP, and lighting integration.
  • •Act as AV lead for new office builds and collaboration space build-outs during site expansions.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve AV incidents end to end across displays, audio, video conferencing, and control systems; document root cause and drive standards improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of hands-on AV engineering, integration, or systems design experience.
  • •Crestron programming experience, with Crestron certification strongly preferred (e.g., Crestron Certified Programmer or DMC-E).
  • •Hands-on knowledge of room automation and control platforms, including scheduling, camera automation, and one-touch join workflows.
  • •Experience leading AV planning and build-outs for new office or site expansions, including reading architectural and low-voltage drawings.
