Key Responsibilities

  • •Rapidly contact and qualify inbound leads, preferably within two minutes of receiving leads.
  • •Book tours and manage five- or six-step follow-up sequences for prospective customers.
  • •Conduct prospect research and perform outbound outreach to target partners and organizations.
  • •Update Moments CRM and booking platform with lead activity and status, tracking stages and ensuring handoffs.
  • •Follow up with prospects who do not immediately enroll and communicate via WhatsApp, email, and Instagram.

Key Requirements
