Job Summary

Manage and direct production and on-site logistics at the Crumlin manufacturing site to ensure safe, environmentally responsible, cost-efficient operations in compliance with LyondellBasell policies and local laws. Champion GoalZERO for Safety and Quality and implement Lean Manufacturing (APEX). Own staffing and succession planning, lead employee relations with HR, develop site KPIs and budgets, and drive continuous improvement and safety initiatives under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

•Develop, implement, and promote continuous improvement initiatives, including site performance KPIs and reporting for financial results.
•Lead safety initiatives on site, including Operation Clean Sweep and Global Safety Day, and ensure compliance with site management systems (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001).
