Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and update condition reports; approve and audit vehicle repair reports.
  • •Walk vehicles with account representatives, recommending reconditioning to increase vehicle value.
  • •Communicate with Lot Operations and Recon to ensure proper movement of vehicles and timely completion of reconditioning.
  • •Prepare sale vehicle run processes and review sale-lineups to locate missing vehicles; perform light mechanical duties as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED plus 3 years’ experience in a related field (or an equivalent combination including other degree/certification).
  • •Valid driver’s license and safe driving skills.
  • •Prior experience in vehicle reconditioning and/or general auto body knowledge (preferred).
  • •Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to operate standard and automatic transmission (preferred).
