Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and ensure adherence to company Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures.
  • •Ensure company and regulatory reporting requirements are submitted on time and collaborate with OSHA, EPA, and state/local regulators.
  • •Lead incident investigations for unsafe working conditions and practices, identifying root cause and tracking corrective actions to completion.
  • •Schedule and lead preventative maintenance for machining, assembly, and other equipment, and manage facility utilities and systems (e.g., HVAC, fire suppressant).
  • •Facilitate EHS and new-hire training, support the Safety Committee, and ensure facility atmosphere, 5S, and hygiene compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •At least 4 years of experience in Maintenance, EHS, and Facilities in a distribution center environment.
  • •At least 3 years of supervisory experience overseeing hourly employees in a fast-paced distribution center.
  • •Proven ability to independently lead and manage EHS programs with minimal supervision.
  • •Demonstrated success passing internal EHS audits and strong verbal and written communication skills.
