Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead engagement with and advise clients on technical utilities matters and manage project teams in the UK and internationally
  • •Oversee masterplanning, coordination and design of multi-utility infrastructure and drive project and commercial management
  • •Manage a wide variety of utility projects from local schemes to nationally significant projects
  • •Mentor and develop the Utilities team while ensuring high-quality service and client relationships
  • •Deliver projects with strong commercial awareness, robust project/programme management and problem-solving

Key Requirements

  • •Chartered Engineer or working towards Chartered Engineer status
  • •Civil Engineering Degree or equivalent
  • •Experience delivering utility connections, diversions and utility infrastructure strategies in the UK
  • •Rounded understanding of Electricity, Gas, Water, and Telecommunications networks for development activities
  • •Experience with Multi-Utility / iDNO / ICP and associated commercial risk/opportunities
