Key Responsibilities

  • •Own all day-to-day accounting operations, including AP/AR/invoicing, payroll, tax compliance, and R&D tax credit filings; manage month-end close with a 3rd party firm for timely closes and high-quality reporting
  • •Uplevel our ERP and finance systems to automate invoicing, reconciliation, and procurement to support 200%+ year-over-year growth
  • •Manage and own internal controls and procurement processes
  • •Provide granular financial breakdowns and actionable insights to leadership to support strategic decisions
  • •Collaborate across teams to ensure financial systems scale effectively with company growth

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 215,000 - 255,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of accounting experience, ideally maturing financial processes from Series B/C to later stages
  • •Proficiency in major accounting processes (O2C, P2P, H2R, R2R) with Big 4 background preferred
  • •CPA and SOX experience preferred
  • •Strong leadership with a player-coach mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • •Experience with modern data tools (SQL) to validate financial data at the source
