Key Responsibilities

  • •Own block/chip-level physical design from netlist to GDSII, including floorplan and auto place and routing.
  • •Perform PPA push and signoff work such as physical verification, STA, and IREM.
  • •Act as the foundry contact window for new process introduction and chip tapeout.
  • •Support mass production, packaging and testing, and participate in quality control activities.
  • •Evaluate project plans and prepare for project initiation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant majors (e.g., microelectronics/computer) with 3+ years of APR work experience.
  • •Proficient scripting skills (TCL, Perl, Python, etc.).
  • •Proficient use of mainstream backend tools with basic backend concepts.
  • •Project experience with advanced processes such as 7nm/5nm/3nm.
  • •Fluent English reading and writing, with teamwork and responsible work attitude.
