Job Summary

Lead enterprise financial planning, forecasting, and performance management to turn complex data into strategic decisions. Own the corporate annual operating plan and long-term financial plan, delivering insights and performance updates to executive leadership and the Board. Partner cross-functionally to evaluate business performance, risks, and regulatory impacts, oversee forecasting for electric and gas sales and fuel-related costs, and drive improvements in forecasting processes and performance metrics.

•Serve in leadership capacity, including hiring, performance feedback, talent development, and fostering a safe, inclusive workplace.
•Lead preparation of company-wide strategic financial plans and annual operating plans, communicating risks and opportunities to executive leadership and the Board.
•Develop financial objectives and oversee business unit financial performance against annual operating plans and targeted operations/maintenance expenses.
•Oversee and drive periodic reporting to business units, make recommendations to improve overall company financial results.
•Lead financial regulatory strategy, forecasts for electric and gas sales and fuel-related costs, and special cross-functional projects with financial analysis.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in business administration, accounting, economics, financial management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
•10+ years of technical and/or professional experience.
•6+ years of progressively more responsible supervisory experience.
•Utility or regulatory industry experience, including profit and loss experience.
•Strong financial management/business experience and advanced financial planning, forecasting, and performance management in a regulated environment.
