Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead enterprise IT risk management activities, including annual risk assessments, risk committee facilitation, risk reporting, and risk register management.
  • •Coordinate third-party technology risk management across the vendor lifecycle, including risk tiering, pre-contract due diligence, security assessments, and periodic monitoring.
  • •Manage IT audit and compliance programs, ensuring SOX ITGCs, ISO 27001 controls, regulatory requirements, and audit activities are designed and operating effectively.
  • •Track audit findings and drive remediation by partnering with control owners, auditors, business stakeholders, and external vendors; provide training as needed.
  • •Develop executive-level reporting and dashboards and review information systems and business processes to assess security posture, control effectiveness, and alignment with company objectives.
