Key Responsibilities

•Supervise, coach, and develop a team of HR customer service advisors across all business lines
•Manage day-to-day Contact Center operations across multiple service channels via a Case Management tool
•Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions; create action plans to support employee growth and retention
•Foster and maintain relationships with Vendors, HR Partners, COEs and employees at all levels of the organization
•Monitor KPIs (e.g., average handle time, FCR, quality scores) and drive process improvements using RTX tools and programs

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 8 years of IT project management experience (or an Advanced Degree with 5 years of experience)
•Experience with HR policies and procedures or other centers of expertise within HR (e.g., Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, Recruiting)
•Proficient-to-advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote)
•U.S. Person status or immigration status as defined for U.S. work authorization
•Strong communication and relationship-building skills in a client-facing, HR Shared Services environment
