Own the global social media strategy for Bybit, translating complex crypto and fintech topics into platform-native content across X, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Set social OKRs, run performance reviews using Sprinklr and native analytics, and coordinate closely with marketing, Strategy Office, Legal, and Compliance during the Brand 6.0 rebrand.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute Bybit’s global social media strategy across X, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
•Translate crypto and fintech concepts into compelling, platform-native content aligned with Brand 6.0 guidelines.
•Lead, mentor, and grow a global social media team and manage production and influencer agencies.
•Own content calendars, workflows, approvals, and SOPs for creation, agency briefing, influencer collaboration, and crisis response.
•Set and report on social media OKRs using Sprinklr and native platform analytics; present performance to leadership and use AI for optimization and competitive analysis.

•4–8 years of social media experience, including at least 3 years leading a team.

•Experience with Sprinklr (or equivalent enterprise social media management platforms).
