Key Responsibilities

•Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance for technical and business-critical roles with a focus on cybersecurity and compliance.
•Partner with hiring managers and business leaders by leading intake meetings, defining hiring strategies, and calibrating candidate profiles and scorecards.
•Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, talent communities, networking, and Boolean search.
•Lead candidate assessment and interview management to evaluate technical capability, leadership potential, communication, and organizational fit.
•Drive offer strategy and negotiations with candidates and hiring managers, using compensation and market dynamics to improve offer acceptance rates.
