Key Responsibilities

•Build trusted relationships with managers and employees across assigned business functions
•Coach leaders on performance management, employee development, team dynamics, feedback, and navigating challenging conversations
•Support employee relations matters with professionalism, empathy, sound judgment, and discretion
•Partner with HR leadership and business leaders to support organizational effectiveness, engagement, retention, and team health
•Help drive key people processes, including performance reviews, talent planning, promotions, compensation cycles, engagement initiatives, and development planning

Key Requirements

•4+ years of progressive HR experience in an HRBP, People Partner or similar role
•Experience supporting employee relations, performance management, manager coaching, and core people programs
•Strong relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills across all levels of an organization
•Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to navigate sensitive situations thoughtfully and professionally
•Comfortable using employee feedback, people data, and business context to identify trends and recommend improvements
