  • •Drive growth execution across assigned private water accounts in California, including IOU and O&M contractor relationships.
  • •Align field and customer priorities with branch execution, regional sales, operations, and supply chain teams.
  • •Execute account agreements, pricing programs, and customer commitments consistently across assigned branches and regions.
  • •Monitor projects, orders, RFP activity, service issues, and operational risks; remove barriers across inventory, logistics, invoicing, contract compliance, and service delivery.
  • •Develop account plans, uncover new opportunities, and use pipeline activity and performance insights to improve growth, margin, and long-term account health.

Key Requirements
