Lead end-to-end projects within the Global Business Services (GBS) organization, from initiation through closure. Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end (E2E) projects, planning, managing, and executing initiatives from initiation to closure while ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget (where applicable).
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project objectives, and develop detailed project plans.
•Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
•Coordinate with stakeholders to align on project goals, expectations, and deliverables, including managing changes to scope, schedule, and costs.
•Maintain up-to-date project documentation (status reports, risk logs, action plans, project dashboards) and support continuous improvement and project management methodology enhancements.

Key Requirements

•Broad and deep theoretical understanding of project management principles and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
•5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within GBS, shared services, or a related environment.
•A university degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
•Experience in change management, business process optimization, or continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, or VSM are a plus).
•Strong communication skills in English and proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, plus Jira and Smartsheet.
