Job Summary

Lead cross-functional program teams to drive customer experience improvement for assigned ink supplies products across the full product lifecycle (NPI/launch through current phases). Own Supplies Customer Assurance PDP deliverables, track in-market product/customer experience performance, and manage escalated customer issues from multiple channels. Partner with R&D, manufacturing, printer teams, and support partners to implement solutions, mitigate risks, and report progress and outcomes to executive management.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a primary customer advocate and customer champion for assigned Home and Office products.
•Own and ensure 100% completion of Supplies Customer Assurance PDP deliverables (customer-centered needs, support strategy, content & messaging, product set-up, returns).
•Participate in program development to partner with R&D, Manufacturing, Printer teams, and support partners to deliver differentiated product and support experiences.
•Track, monitor, and report on product/customer experience performance of in-market products.
•Manage escalated customer issues end-to-end and implement effective solutions, coordinating investigations and fix/no-fix decisions.

Key Requirements

•Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (or commensurate work experience).
•Typically 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in engineering development/implementation, project planning tools/software packages, people management, or a related field (or advanced degree with 3-5 years).
•Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
•Strong leadership and communication skills.
•Knowledge of support processes, including NPI setup and IB field response monitoring; strong program management from NPI to EOL.
