Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop a clear understanding of the Atos training portfolio and provide career guidance to prospective candidates.
  • •Support candidate registrations for instructor-led training (ILT), online training (OLT), and other training modes.
  • •Work closely with marketing to follow up on leads and provide feedback on leads to support marketing activities.
  • •Follow up with candidates regarding fees and drive revenue through candidate registrations.
  • •Support candidate satisfaction throughout the journey to certification, and identify/implement process improvements for efficiency.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate with 1 to 3 years of experience in career counselling.
  • •Strong communication skills and persuasive, convincing skills.
  • •Understand IT and skill-based training, including IT career context.
  • •Adhere to defined processes and actively contribute to process improvements.
