Own data-led forecasting and inventory planning for a global eCommerce business, driving forecast accuracy and inventory efficiency. Build driver-based forecasting models, manage demand review inputs, and align forecasts with commercial, finance, marketing, S&OP, and supply chain stakeholders. Challenge assumptions, monitor launches and campaigns, reforecast within weeks, and identify risks like stock-outs or overstock. Continuously improve planning tools (e.g., FuturMaster), dashboards, and automation to strengthen decision-making.
