Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide full fault isolation and failure analysis support for qualifications, customer returns, new device introduction, and test failures.
  • •Isolate electrical failures by applying fault isolation methodologies while partnering with Product Engineering teams.
  • •Identify and classify physical defects through physical failure analysis and electrical failure modeling.
  • •Develop and implement new fault isolation and physical failure analysis techniques to improve outcomes.
  • •Lead and guide CE PYE technicians and coordinate maintenance/high uptime of FA tools to ensure operational efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Materials Science, or equivalent.
  • •Proven experience as a great team player with outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills and a strong drive to excel.
  • •Excellent communication skills to present complex information effectively in large meetings.
  • •Knowledge of fault isolation equipment, techniques, and physical failure analysis (significant advantage).
  • •Ability to support shift rotation as required to meet operational needs.
