•Maintain reliable on-site attendance for scheduled shifts.
•Ensure compliance with clinical standards, facility policies, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

•Qualified specialties include Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, General Practice, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Geriatric Medicine.
•Must be an Advanced Practice Provider with the ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
•Criminal background checks and pre-employment drug testing will be conducted on all candidates.
•Ability to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities.
