•Oversee trials of new materials, formulas, and packaging, ensuring quality and compliance.
•Adjust capacity to demand by proposing and implementing appropriate actions.
•Monitor all workshop indicators (Safety, Quality, TRS, Margin) and implement corrective actions to meet targets.

Key Requirements

•Engineering degree with solid experience in production management in an industrial environment
•8+ years in a similar management role in industry
•Hands-on leadership with a proven track record in Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement initiatives
•Strong organization, problem-solving and team development skills
•Fluent in English and French, with ability to communicate across functions and levels
