ANS Safety Manager

Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Aviation Safety Management System for air navigation and civil airfield services. Serve as aviation safety subject matter expert, advising senior leaders and operational teams while monitoring regulatory compliance and serving as the primary contact for the Civil Aviation Authority. Own hazard identification, risk assessment, and occurrence investigation processes, and use safety performance trend analysis to drive continuous improvement and stronger safety outcomes.
