Key Responsibilities

  • •Build new products end to end, including React/TypeScript front ends, Python services, and LLM/voice pipelines
  • •Convert a one-page thesis into a v0 quickly, then partner with the PM to decide what becomes v1
  • •Make AI features trustworthy and compliant using prompting, retrieval, and evaluation for real clinic performance
  • •Ship weekly with demos and use real usage to settle disagreements
  • •Instrument usage, latency, and failure modes to power the scale-or-kill decisions

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years shipping production software, with emphasis on what you’ve delivered rather than time in seat
  • •Full-stack fluency: Python on the back end and React/TypeScript on the front end, comfortable owning from schema to UI
  • •Working fluency with LLM systems including prompting, retrieval, embeddings, evaluation, and judgment for probabilistic outputs
  • •Cloud fluency with AWS or GCP, including standing up infrastructure and CI/CD to deliver code to users
  • •A testing-in-production mindset using observability and feedback loops to validate in real clinic conditions
